I’m Paigean [Paige-awn], the founder of Look Aligned, a holistic therapy practice where I combine mindfulness, evidence-based therapy, and wellness techniques to support emotional healing and growth. As a licensed psychotherapist, registered yoga teacher, and certified perinatal mental health provider, I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a compassionate and non-judgmental space.

As a neurodiverse clinician with a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis, I know how easily symptoms can be dismissed or misunderstood—especially for Black women. This lived experience gives me a deeper understanding of how mental health systems often overlook or pathologize those who don’t fit a narrow mold. It informs my commitment to creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for clients of all identities, especially those who have been historically marginalized. I want my clients to feel seen not in spite of who they are, but because of it.

Clients often describe me as warm, insightful, and humorous. I strive to create a welcoming environment where therapy feels like a collaborative journey. I work with clients across the lifespan, but I specialize in supporting those in the perinatal period and high achievers who have difficulty connecting with their emotions. My approach is individualized and holistic, drawing from mindfulness techniques and body-centered modalities like EMDR and Brainspotting to help clients heal and grow from the inside out.

I understand how overwhelming life can feel, especially when trying to balance career, family, and personal well-being. My goal is to help you uncover the emotional patterns that may be holding you back, so you can develop the tools needed to create healthier boundaries, build self-trust, and reconnect with yourself.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, tending to my garden, kickboxing, and sharing a good meal with those I love.
