Therapy is a space to feel seen, supported, and understood. I strive to create an environment where you can show up as your full self — no judgment, just genuine care and curiosity as we explore what healing looks like for you.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in the power of holistic healing — supporting the mind, body, and spirit to help you feel more grounded and whole. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, combining evidence-based practices with compassion and curiosity.

I earned both my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s in Medical/Clinical Social Work from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). During my clinical internship at the UAB Sparks Psychiatry Clinic, I provided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Outside of work, I love cooking, spending time in nature, and hanging out with my dog, Obie. We’re currently training to become a certified Therapy Team with Intermountain Therapy Animals — a journey that brings together my passion for connection, care, and healing.
