My name is Esther, and I’m passionate about helping individuals who feel stuck — whether that’s emotionally, relationally, or during major life transitions. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially after a loss, during moments of extreme anxiety, while navigating difficult relationships, or when facing sudden, significant changes. My goal is to walk alongside you through those challenges and help you rediscover your strength.

I have experience working with clients navigating relationship struggles, attachment issues, family dynamic challenges, emotional distress, depression, anxiety, difficulty setting healthy boundaries, mood instability, pregnancy-related anxiety (before and during conception), social isolation, identity questions, and role transitions.

I use a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Assertiveness Training, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Attachment-Based Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing. You can always expect encouragement, empowerment, validation, and partnership in our work together.

While therapy isn’t always a straight line upward, my commitment is that you’ll leave feeling more in control, better equipped with tools, and more empowered to step into the version of yourself you’re striving to become.

Life Outside the Therapy Room

Person standing inside a cave with stalactites, wearing a helmet and a lanyard. The cave has illuminated blue water and rocky formations.
a person riding ATVs in a desert, wearing helmets and goggles. Desert landscape with cacti in the background under a clear blue sky.

I love cozy evenings with a warm cup of tea and a good TV show. I'm also a travel enthusiast with a goal to explore new places and cultures around the world.

A few snapshots of my adventures:

  • Me and my sister boarding a hot air balloon in Mallorca, Spain — I’m so grateful for our close bond.

  • Exploring a cave in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, at an adventure park.

  • Riding an ATV in the Arizona desert — and learning the hard way not to skip meals!

  • Wearing my “Native Wear” — my Nigerian heritage is central to who I am, and I’m proud to share it with you.
