I strive to create a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to grow. With a warm, down-to-earth approach, I help teens and young adults work through anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, and self-doubt. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

My work is rooted in the belief that growth happens when we feel safe enough to be real. I support teens and young adults who are learning to quiet their inner critic, challenge old patterns, and show up more fully in their lives. Whether you're figuring out who you are, facing big changes, or feeling overwhelmed by expectations, I’m here to help you navigate it all with more self-awareness, compassion, and confidence.
I believe therapy is a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and accepted. I honor the uniqueness of your experiences and walk alongside you as you navigate challenges and build the life you want. At the heart of my approach is a strong belief in connection—both to yourself and to others—as a foundation for lasting change.
I practice from an empowerment and strengths-based perspective, helping you recognize and build on what’s already within you. Whether we’re working on improving self-esteem, setting boundaries, or managing anxiety, I approach each session with encouragement, honesty, and compassion. Clients often tell me they appreciate my positive energy and my ability to make therapy feel both safe and productive.
I specialize in supporting teens and young adults as they navigate the pressures of growing up—whether that’s academic stress, shifting family roles, identity exploration, or the heavy weight of societal expectations. I’m especially passionate about helping clients cultivate self-acceptance and resilience, so they can face life’s transitions with greater ease and confidence.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Criminology from Paine College and my Master of Social Work from Georgia State University. I’m currently a licensed social worker in South Carolina and in the process of becoming licensed in Georgia. Under the supervision of Dr. Paigean Jones, I continue to grow as a clinician and deepen my practice.
I’m committed to lifelong learning and regularly participate in supervision, workshops, and peer consultation to ensure I’m offering thoughtful, up-to-date care. Staying connected to new research and therapeutic practices allows me to provide you with the best possible support on your journey.
