I create a compassionate space for growth and healing, helping clients move through anxiety, grief, and life’s transitions with mindfulness, resilience, and strength.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker serving clients in Alabama and South Carolina, with a passion for helping individuals find strength in the midst of life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Winthrop University and my Master of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University, and I am an active member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Omega Nu Lambda Honor Society.

In my practice, I take a strengths-based perspective, supporting people as they navigate seasons shadowed by anxiety, depression, grief, or despair. I believe that healing is not just about coping, but about finding ways to grow and thrive, even in the face of difficulty. To do this, I integrate mindfulness and somatic practices that encourage balance, resiliency, and connection to inner strength.

My own journey with chronic illness has given me a deeper compassion for those who feel the weight of grief after a diagnosis, divorce, death, or other major transition. Because of this, I hold a special place in my practice for clients experiencing these life-altering moments, walking with them as they process pain and rediscover hope.

I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and certified as a Grief-Informed Specialist, allowing me to blend evidence-based modalities with culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care. No matter what brings you to therapy, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space for your mind, body, and spirit to heal and flourish.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading, hiking, running, and am currently working toward my Yoga Teacher Training certification, which I am excited to one day incorporate into my therapeutic practice.

If you are looking for a compassionate therapist who will honor your story and equip you with tools to navigate life’s challenges, I would be honored to work with you. Together, we can create space for healing, growth, and a renewed sense of strength.
